For My Dear Friends

I didn't realized since when but today, I cried
And so, I wiped away my tears
Sitting down and thinking about the past memories
I know that lately, sunshine does not seem to cast its rays anymore
Petals of roses even fall and withered
The only one thing that accompanies the sadness is time
Amidst all of the happiness that one individual might be feeling,
Why do I still see tears and sadness in the eyes of my dear friends?

The ones who are facing life challenges and downfall
Experiencing heart breaks and feeling a wave of disappointment
Even whipped with the loss of their loved ones
Having the difficulty to breathe for space
Finding it hard to find Mr Smile again

Dear Allah, please protect my dear friends along
Bless them with happines just like the way you blessed mine
Shower them with all the love and guidance that they should deserve
In my prayers, I never ask for more except keep my family and friends safe and happy
That is all that I could ever ask for

Than to see my friends smile and laugh again
The least I could do is to hope and pray for them to be abe to breeze through their hard times with patience and strength within, insya Allah
